Chewmungus is built to serve students and communities with no fluff, no surge fees, and no gimmicks.

I want to order! How does Chewmungus work?

Visit chewmungus.com, sign up, load your cart with what you need, and place your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more payment options are on the way.

How fast is Chewmungus?

We’re built for speed. Most orders arrive within 30 minutes or less—faster than it takes to finish an episode of your favorite show.

Where is Chewmungus available?

We’re currently launching city-by-city and starting with select college campuses. If we’re not in your city yet, shoot us a DM or tag us on social @chewmungus and let us know where we should land next!

What are Chewmungus' delivery hours?

We’re open late—because hunger doesn’t stick to a 9–5. Exact hours vary by location, but we aim to deliver into the early morning hours, especially in student areas.

Can I order alcohol or tobacco from Chewmungus?

Not yet—but we’re working on it. Stay tuned for future updates based on local laws and licensing.

Can I cancel my Chewmungus order?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, you can cancel it from your order confirmation page. If it’s already been packed or sent out, reach out to our support team—we’ll do our best to help, depending on how far along the order is.


PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFO

How much does Chewmungus cost?

Delivery is free for all verified students, with an additional Chewmungus processing fee and no added surcharges. For everyone else, it’s still super affordable—just a low flat fee plus a Chewmungus processing fee, with no surprise charges. Prices and fees may vary slightly by location.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. All orders must meet a $3 minimum before fees and taxes.

Can I pay with cash?

We currently accept digital payments only—no cash for now. This helps us process orders faster and keeps things simple for drivers.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Under special circumstances, we may issue Chewmungus store credit or offer a product exchange. Contact support for assistance.

When will I get my store credit if approved?

If approved, your Chewmungus credit will appear in your account within 24 hours.

How does Chewmungus use my personal info?

We care about your privacy. You can review our Privacy Policy or contact us at privacy@chewmungus.com if you have questions.
