To make sure every order is delivered safely and to the right person, all deliveries must be signed for at the time of drop-off

Why We Require a Signature

  • ✅ Confirms your order was delivered to the right person
  • ✅ Prevents theft or delivery mix-ups
  • ✅ Helps us verify completed orders for quality and accountability

What to Expect at Delivery

  • 📍 When our driver arrives, they will contact you using the phone number you provided at the time of delivery. If they do not receive an answer, they will send you a text message. If still no answer, they will attempt to knock or ring the bell. The Driver will repeat this process numerous times for 10 minutes. (Calling, knocking, and texting, a minimum of 5 times each.)
  • 🖊️ You (or someone at your address) will sign on the driver's device
  • 🚗 That’s it! Your order is now officially delivered
Note: If no one is available to sign!
The order will not be left unattended. The order will be returned to the ChewMungus Micro fulfillment center.
 You must then contact our customer service representative to reschedule a specific time for our delivery driver to re-deliver your items.
We understand mistakes happen; so that's why there is no fee to redeliver your items.
*We reserve the right to remove users from this site if we feel these policies are being abused.
If you would like a refund. ChewMungus Charges a 50% restocking fee for the total value of the order.
If an item is found to be out of stock, you will receive full credit for your item including the applicable tax. This amount will be refunded back to the payment method you used at the time of checkout.
For your inconvenience, we will add up to a $10 credit for the price of the item as well as an email/SMS will be sent out to you displaying a free delivery discount code to reorder any additional items you may want instead. Thats Right! This is an addition to your refunded amount.
